To submit a request to join Aviation Distributors Association you must complete the membership application below. Once reviewed our audit team will contact you via email with the next steps to follow: 



Requirements for Audit Assessment and Certification:


1. **Quality Assurance Manual**

To qualify and be in compliance you must have an approved Quality Assurance manual that meets the FAA Advisory Circular 0056B requirements.  

2. **Manual Submission**

If you already have a Quality Assurance manual, you need to submit it for review to ensure it meets the required standards.

3. **On-Site Audit**

Your company must pass an on-site audit assessment to verify compliance with 00-56B requirements. This ensures that your company follows best practices based on industry standards. For more information about the audit process, refer to the FAQ section of our website.

- If you work from home, an audit of your workspace is required.

- **Required areas for the audit:**

- Shipping

- Receiving

- Serviceable parts storage

- Non-serviceable parts storage

- Quarantine area (secured under lock and key)

- Organized and clean workspaces

- Efficient document management or traceability system

4. **Audit for Commercial Offices or Warehouses**

If your business operates from a commercial office or warehouse, you will also need an on-site audit. 

5. **Physical Location**

A physical location is required. P.O. boxes will not be accepted.

6. **Contact Information**

Ensure your company's contact information, including a valid company email, is up to date.

7. **Professional Email**

A professional email address is recommended.

8. **Multi-Company Organizations**

If you manage multiple companies, each company must have its own separate email address.
