AS9100 & ISO9001 Certified Quality Auditors
Assessment Audit Standards
All assessment audits are conducted by certified lead auditors in accordance with AS9100:2016 Rev. D (Aerospace Quality Management) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
AS9100:2016 Rev. D is an internationally recognized quality management system (QMS) standard specifically developed for the aviation, space, and defense (AS&D) industries. It provides a comprehensive framework for organizations engaged in the design, development, production, maintenance, and support of aerospace products and services. This standard ensures consistency, safety, and quality throughout the aerospace supply chain.
ISO 9001:2015 is the globally accepted benchmark for quality management systems across all industries and sectors. It helps organizations enhance performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement. ISO 9001 outlines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an effective QMS.
Our use of these internationally recognized standards ensures that your organization's quality processes are evaluated with the highest level of integrity and rigor.

Aviation Distributors Association
About Us
Established in 2015, the Aviation Distributors Association (ADA) is a consulting firm specializing in the evaluation and certification of quality processes for aviation parts distributors, repair stations, and airline operators. We help organizations align with current recommended guidelines for aviation parts distribution.
Our Services
ADA offers an independent third-party audit assessment and certification program focused on evaluating the quality systems of aviation parts distributors. Our audit process verifies compliance with the FAA's Advisory Circular 00-56B standards and procedures.
Upon successful completion of our assessment, your organization will be listed in ADA's independent online database, certifying that a third-party ISO-certified lead auditor has reviewed your systems and verified adherence to recognized aviation parts distribution practices.
Assessment Criteria
To pass our quality assessment audit, organizations must comply with all requirements outlined in the current AC 00-56B quality system standard.
Audits are conducted by certified lead auditors trained under AS9100:2016 Rev D (Aerospace Quality Management Systems). Please note that ADA's evaluation does not result in listing within the Airlines Suppliers Association (ASA) database or any FAA database. ADA is not affiliated with or accredited by the FAA. Our certification confirms that your organization has undergone a third-party ISO audit and meets recommended industry standards.
